Shipping policy

We work hard to make sure your order gets to you as quickly and safely as possible. Some online orders are shipped directly from our New Zealand-based suppliers, while others are fulfilled by our Silverdale store. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery options, timeframes, and costs.

Order Fulfilment
• Supplier-fulfilled orders: Some items purchased online are shipped directly from our supplier’s warehouse.
• Silverdale store fulfilment: Products in stock at our Silverdale store will be shipped directly from our team.
• Click & Collect: Available only for products currently in stock at our Silverdale store. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

Shipping Costs
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping:
• $10 NZ-wide
• Free shipping on orders over $100

Additional fees may apply for bulky or oversized items. If extra charges are required, our team will contact you before your order is processed.

Bike Delivery
We do not offer bike delivery. All bikes must be collected in-person from our store. All bikes must be assembled in-store by our qualified mechanics to meet warranty requirements. This may extend your click and collect timeframe depending on workshop availability.

Delivery Timeframes
• Orders are processed during standard business hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
• If an item is not currently in stock at our store, we may source it from our New Zealand-based suppliers. Our team will contact you if this results in any delays.

Bulky & Heavy Items
Bulky or heavy items may incur additional courier charges. If your order falls into this category, we will be in touch to confirm freight options before dispatch.

Island Deliveries
For customers on outer NZ islands (e.g., Waiheke, Great Barrier), additional freight costs may apply. If this affects your order, our team will contact you with options before shipping.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched and scanned by the courier, you will receive an automated email with your track & trace information so you can follow its progress.

Missing or Damaged Parcels
• Missing/lost items: Please contact us within 14 days of dispatch.
• Damaged items: Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Claims lodged outside these timeframes cannot be processed as we are unable to submit a claim with our courier after this period.
